I had an amazing experience with the meditation & yoga combined. I had bad tension all in my neck but at the end of class it was gone. The class was so relaxing & she even taught us different breathing techniques that could be really beneficial for your body. I can’t wait to attend her next class!! Thank you!

Meditation is a very important part of my life, and I am grateful to have experienced a wide variety of guided meditations in a wide variety of contexts -- in-person, via recordings, and live online. I found Stephanie to be a fresh and welcome voice in this space ... loving, enthusiastic, combing gentleness with strength, and encouraging self-love and self-acceptance. She packed a lot into 10 minute sessions — each one with a different slant — while conveying a sense of inner spaciousness that is important to me in meditations. The time felt expanded, rather than compressed.

I am a real student not some one who just adds reviews. My car has been rear ended 14 times and I have a back and neck pain. Before Stephanie Erazo yoga classes my life was miserable could not sleep and had to wear waist strap. I have taken about 5 weeks of yoga with her and only once a week through Cross Campus and my back and neck pain are gone. I really did not know that yoga helped me so much. Now I look forward to Wednesday yoga class. Stephanie is so sweet and very knowledgeable I only told her my issue and she added postures that has made my body thank her.

Stephanie is a fantastic instructor. I have taken both sping classes and boot camp classes with her. She is energetic, upbeat, and really encouraging. Her classes aren't easy--and I personally find it impossible to keep up with her--but she is so inspiring that I don't realize until class is over how hard I've worked. I'm in much better shape because of Stephanie, and I look forward to seeing her. Terri Hartman
